Montenevado Pre-sliced Serrano Ham 3oz

This special and tasty natural Serrano ham is elaborated with exellent raw material. Large hams with goodmarbling and little salt, that go through a long and slow air-dry process in the fresh air of the mountains. Thisnatural process requires that each ham has its particular time of drying, at least 24 months, although mosthams need more than two years. The product is All Natural and minimally processed. No artificial ingredients.No nitrates or nitrites, except for the naturally occuring nitrates in the sea salt.
