Orders, pricing & payment

Descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice; we may limit quantities, correct errors, and refuse or cancel orders (we refund any cancelled paid order). A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. Payments are processed by our payment provider; you authorize us to charge your selected method for the order total, including taxes and any delivery fees.

Shipping & local delivery

We offer local delivery and pickup in New York. Complimentary shipping is available on qualifying local orders over $150. Delivery windows and areas are shown at checkout. Perishable items require someone to receive them.

Food, freshness & allergens

Many products are perishable and prepared fresh. Allergen notice: our foods may be prepared in or contain common allergens, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please review labels and contact us with any questions before ordering.

Returns & cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of many items, returns may be limited. If an item arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us promptly for a replacement or refund. Orders may be cancelled before preparation or dispatch.

Acceptable use & intellectual property

Don’t misuse the site (no scraping, interference, or unlawful use). The site, our branding (“Agata & Valentina,” our logo, “Locally Born and Bread™”), and content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimers & liability

The site and products are provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law, except warranties that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
